The founder of Aiming Higher,
Pam Ragland, has nearly 20 years industry experience, and more than fifteen
years experience helping people change.
Her experience includes more than ten years spent in high-tech
industries. As such, she is
well suited to work with high-tech professionals.
She has experience in management, information technology, cellular
technology, healthcare, organizational change, knowledge management, total
quality management, business start-ups, and process management within Fortune
100 companies. This
experience provides a very strong base to work with most companies, executives,
and other professionals. Pam has
more than fifteen years experience coaching companies and individuals through
change, and is well suited to help you make your change to success a reality!
