What experiences have you had that make you such a great coach?

I have been there!!  I have worked 80+ hours per week, traveled every week, and lived a completely out-of-balance life.  The thing is--I didn't know it!  Had I known about coaching then, I would gladly have paid anything to get some sanity in my life.  

Using the WLMM principles, I have designed the life of my dreams. I never knew I could really do what I love, on my own terms.  Now, I have the opportunity to help others get some sanity and satisfaction in their lives.  I love seeing the results my clients achieve!  

What is your brilliance as a coach?

• I have many years experience helping people change.  Throughout the years, I have learned how to help people change in the most effective, least painless way possible.  
• I am very focused on the practical -- what really works.  There are lots of theories in coaching, & lots of jargon.  I cut through all that to proven methods for success. 
• I help my clients get right to the heart of what they really want.
• Along the way, we work together to identify and overcome any roadblocks in their way.
• I am a partner in my client's success.  When my client is successful, I am successful -- and not until then.  
• I am very direct -- I tell it like it is.  This produces results for my clients more quickly.
• I love what I do, and I want everyone to feel that way about their work.  I know doing work we love is not only possible, but how we're all meant to live our lives.
• I hold my clients accountable for their success as well.   Together, we form a powerful partnership.

How did you get into doing this?  

I decided I was tired of working so much, traveling every week, and living a life that was exclusively focused on my work.  

Prior to this, I had been working with large Fortune 500/50 companies establishing new business units, and helping transform the culture.  Throughout this process I coached many leaders and individuals through change, for their personal benefit and that of their company.  Those clients got results.  And, believe me--I learned many things the hard way about how to help people change in as painless a way as possible.  

Then, I was presented with an opportunity to open my own coaching business...and stay home!  After that, I met Jennifer White by helping her develop her corporate coaching program.  As they say, the rest is history.   

I was so excited to do the work I had been doing for the past 15 years for myself, on my own terms, and in my own home state!  I have not worked 80 hours in a week since.  In fact, I don't even have to work 40 hours per week.  Not only that, my life is more full than ever before.  It is truly balanced.  I like to say if I can do this ANYONE CAN!
